1 Subject matter of the contract:
These General Terms and Conditions govern the contractual relationship between you as the tenant of the vacation apartment and me as the landlord. The contract covers the rental of the vacation apartment and all associated services.
2.Booking and payment modalities:
The booking of the apartment is made by using a booking portal, a written request by e-mail or via my website. You will be informed immediately about the availability of the apartment. Payment is usually made by bank transfer or PayPal. Payment must be received 5 days before start of the booking.
3 Cancellation policy:
Cancellations up to 5 days before the date of arrival are free of charge. Cancellations within 5 days before the date of arrival will be charged 50% of the total amount. In the event of a no-show or cancellation on the day of arrival, the total amount will be charged.
4. Use of the apartment:
The apartment may only be occupied by the agreed persons. Over-occupancy is not permitted. The apartment may not be sublet. It must be ensured that the apartment is treated with care and that any damage or defects are reported immediately.
5 Liability:
We accept no liability for any damage, loss or injury that may occur during your stay in the apartment. You are obliged to observe the applicable safety regulations and to take out adequate insurance cover.
6. Data protection
We observe the applicable data protection regulations. For further information on the collection, processing and use of your personal data, please refer to our privacy policy.
7. Place of jurisdiction and applicable law:
Disputes in connection with the contract shall be governed exclusively by Swiss law. The place of performance and jurisdiction is the registered office of the vacation apartment.
8. Severability clause:
Should any provision of these General Terms and Conditions be or become invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
