House rules for our vacation apartments
1. check-in and check-out:
- Please note our times for check-in: 15:00 / check-out: 11:00
- Please inform us in advance of your expected arrival time so that we can organize your arrival smoothly.
2. smoking:
- Smoking inside the apartment is strictly prohibited.
- Smoking is only permitted outdoors, in places designated by us for this purpose
- Please dispose of cigarette butts properly
3. pets:
- Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in our vacation apartment.
- We ask for your understanding and recommend that you look for pet-friendly accommodation.
4. noise level and quiet times:
- Please ensure a reasonable volume to be considerate of other guests and neighbors.
- Please adhere to the specified quiet times between [start of quiet time] and [end of quiet time].
5. number of guests:
- The maximum number of guests in the vacation apartment is 4
- Overnight guests must be registered in advance to avoid additional costs
6. parties and events:
- Parties and events are not permitted in the vacation apartment.
- Please respect the privacy and comfort of the other residents in the house.
7. damage and liability responsibility
- Guests are liable for all damage to furnishings and equipment.
- Please report any damage to us immediately so that we can repair it.
- We accept no liability for loss, theft or accidents in the apartment.
8. cleanliness and hygiene:
- Please keep the apartment clean and tidy.
- Dishes and kitchen utensils should be cleaned and put back in their places.
- If you require additional cleaning services, please inform us in good time.
9. waste disposal:
- Please separate and dispose of your garbage in accordance with local regulations.
- General waste containers are located in the underground containers on the street, organic waste containers are located directly at the house.
- Please be considerate of the environment and reduce unnecessary waste.
10. compliance with regulations:
- Please comply with all local laws and regulations during your stay.
- Park only in designated areas and do not block driveways or sidewalks.
